Junior Dixie Boys World Series

It’s Wednesday, so there are only a few days left until Hope Mills, now known as North Carolina, starts play in the 2009 Junior Dixie Boys World Series in Enterprise, Alabama.

Of course, you all saw my story in today’s Sandspur.

Naturally, I’m keeping an eye out on what the other teams are up to in the days leading up to the tournament:

Alabama

The hosts are looking forward to testing themselves in this tournament. And the coaches at Troy are hoping their World Series experience pays dividends.

Georgia

Troup County’s coaches keep it in the family.
