Flow Buick GMC partners with the HMYA

October 7, 2009

Got this in the ol’ in-box a few minutes ago…

Flow Buick GMC of Fayetteville is partnering with Hope Mills Youth Association to provide the league’s players and coaches with equipment, a monetary donation, and a chance to raise up to $10,000.

In support of youth football, Flow Buick GMC will provide Hope Mills Youth Association with football kits filled with equipment bags, water coolers, coaches’ clipboards and t-shirts.

Offering additional support to the community, the Hope Mills Youth Association will have the opportunity to raise as much as $10,000 through a fundraising opportunity where one lucky recipient will win a new Buick, Pontiac or GMC vehicle of their choice (up to $33,500 MSRP). Flow Buick GMC and other Raleigh-area Buick-Pontiac-GMC dealerships are donating the vehicle to the participating leagues. One-hundred percent of the proceeds go directly to the participating leagues, and they can use the funds in any way they choose. Some of the leagues have reported they plan to grant scholarships to families who cannot afford to enroll their children in the league, while others have said they will use the funds to improve fields and equipment.

“Buick-Pontiac-GMC and youth football. It’s a great combination,” says Heath Brown of Flow Buick GMC. “We are proud to be able to help the kids in our community by donating equipment and giving them the opportunity to raise much needed funds for their league. We are excited to be part of the effort this year, and anticipate a fun-filled season of Hope Mills Youth Association football.”
